This original 4 × 6" oil pastel was created on cold press watercolor paper after a day spent wandering the cliffs of Big Sur. The coastline has a way of changing with every passing cloud—turquoise water, warm stone, and pockets of deep green shifting in the light. I wanted this painting to hold onto that feeling more than the place itself: the salt air, the sound of waves below, and the way the landscape seems to breathe.
Each original painting is carefully finished with a 5 × 7” double white mat and protective varnish, thoughtfully prepared for you to frame and enjoy in your space.
